Save the date on August 26, Saturday, for RUN FOR THE FUTURE: Building an ECOmmunity Together at Central Park, Filinvest City! Experience more than just a fun run - enjoy an outdoor concert with Sponge Cola and The Ridleys, savor delicious food at Eats by the Park, and more!

In partnership with the Environmental Sanitation Center (ESC) - Muntinlupa, the proceeds will be donated to provide more advanced learning resources for the students of Pedro E. Diaz High School - Main in Alabang, Muntinlupa City.

5K FUN RUN

WHO CAN JOIN

  • Any individual can join this event
  • Kids 13 years old and below are recommended to join the Kiddie Run.

A. REQUIRED GEAR
RACE BIB: The official race bib must be worn in front with the number fully visible at all times and worn in front. The timing device must be worn on the wrist and surrendered to race officials after crossing the finish line. Participants who run the race without their race bib properly displayed and race bracelet surrendered risk not having their finish and split times recorded.  Participant should fill up the reverse side of the race bib which should contain the emergency contact number of the closest family member who is in near the event location.
Runners without the official race number will not be allowed to run.

WATER BOTTLE: There will be available water station on the course. This is a green event and there will be no paper cups available. Please bring your own bottle for refill.

RUNNING ATTIRE: Participants must be in comfortable running attire and/or footwear.   Running topless is not allowed.  Participants may wear costume with the following restrictions:  1) fully covered face will not be allowed and 2) costume should not go beyond one foot perimeter from the body.

B. RACE START
Participants should arrive at the starting line 15 minutes before gun-start and enter via the official entry chute.
Entering the starting line chute on the barricaded side or at the front of the starting line is strictly prohibited and will result to disqualification.  Participants who will arrive 15 minutes after the gunstart will not be allowed to run.

C. TIMING
The official finish time is recorded by the timing system from when the starting time takes off and up to when a participant crosses the finish line. There will be no deductions for late start.

D. THE ROUTE
Participants must stay within the route as indicated by barriers, traffic cones, marshals and/or other markings, at all times.
Unofficial pacers or other unregistered participants are not permitted in the course.

E. THE FINISH
Participant should cross the finish line and surrender their timing bracelet. Failure to do so may result in the finish time not captured.
The race course will be closed 1 hour after the start of the race.

SAFETY RULES
A. Participants must follow the instructions of all event officials (staff and volunteers).
B.  The following are not permitted in the course: skates, vehicles, pets (except for the PET RUN), bulky outfit extending to more than one foot of body perimeter or fully covered face.
C.  Participant must ensure that they are fit and prepared for the activity they are participating as declared in the waiver.
D.    Participants are required to assist or immediately report to race officials should any runner be found in distress.
E.  Participants must retire at once from the race if ordered to do so by event officials, medical staff, or any governmental authority, including firefighters and police officers.

FILINVEST and Race Ya reserves the right to change the details of the event, including delaying, canceling, or suspending the race due to inclement weather or other potential safety risks.

SPORTSMANSHIP
Any participant who conducts herself in an unsportsmanlike manner or who is offensive in action or language to event officials, other participants, volunteers, or spectators may be disqualified.

PROTESTS
Protests related to results will be entertained for up to one (1) hour after the posting of results. All protests should be made in writing and submitted to the event officials or sent to [email protected]. A non-refundable protest fee amounting to P2,000 is required. Verbal protests will not be entertained.

1K PET RUN

WHO CAN JOIN

  • Adult dogs above 12 months old with complete vaccination in accordance with (REPUBLIC ACT No. 9482: AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE CONTROL AND ELIMINATION OF HUMAN AND ANIMAL RABIES, PRESCRIBING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION THEREOF AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR)

WHO CAN'T JOIN

  • Puppy - dogs below 12 months old
  • Dogs in Heat
  • Dogs not Vaccinated
  • Unaccompanied dogs

It is the owner's responsiblity to ensure that the dog is prepared for the physical activity.

Petting of other dogs is discouraged and should be done on own risk. 

Required Gear:

LEASH:   Each pet must be accompanied by one human and should be on leash.  Pet must be able to follow the command of the owner and stay on leash with the owner during the entire run and at the activity area.

F.  Pets who may display aggressive or unruly behavior which can not be controlled by its owner may be required to leave the course.

2K KIDDIE RUN

WHO CAN JOIN

  • Kids 13 and below
  • Kids must have companion. Kids 6 years old and below will not be allowed to run without companion.

Distance:

  • Release will be per age category with the oldest being released first.

My registration confirms that I have read and I agree to the race rules and registration details before availing the fun run access.  

All participants must provide accurate information which includes: name, age, gender, and emergency contact information. (Emergency contact information should be the closest family member who is nearest the event location.)  Changes to information submitted will be locked within one week before the event.

Registration is until August 18 or when all slots are filled up.

Registration is non-transferable nor refundable. Transfers may be made until Transfers may be made until August 18 via email. Unauthorized selling, assigning and running using another individual’s race bib will result to disqualification and potentially suspension in future events.

RESTRICTIONS:  5K participants must be 14 years and above. Kids 6 years old and below will be allowed to run provided he or she is accompanied by a parent or guardian. Participants below the age of 18 must seek their parental/guardian consent and fill up the entry form where the parent/guardian is required to sign.

SUBMITTED NOT PAID: After submission of registration and before payment, your registration is set to

PENDING PAYMENT. This will change after you have paid via GCash or Paypal or have uploaded your bank deposit proof of payment. An email is auto sent with payment instruction for bank deposit.

PAID: Your status is set to PAID after successfully paying via Paupal, your payment is paid via Dragonpay-Gcash or proof of payment is uploaded to your account if bank deposit.

REGISTERED Your status is set to Registered when registration is confirmed. You will also receive an email confirmation. You may start logging on to raceya.fit/login to start your race.
