Race Course: Standard Time Trials
The course for the Standard Race format will be three (3) laps inside Vermosa Bike Trails for the XC and Gravel Bike for both Male and Female contestants with a total distance of 6.9 kilometers. Contestants for the Fatbike will be required to do two (2) laps for a total distance of 4.6 kilometers. Riders release at the gate will be every thirty (30) second interval for each bike category. Time recording will be monitored via Race Chip System. Tabulation and awarding of winners shall be done two (2) hours after the last race.

Race Course: Kiddie Race
The course for the Kiddie Race (Push Bike, BMX and Mid Size Bike) shall be done in the Flat Track section of Vermosa Bike Trails which is about 300 meters total distance per lap. Push bike contestants will be required to do one (1) lap whereas BMX/Mid-Size Bikes will be required to do two (2) laps. Release of riders will be at the same time (XCC Style) in the prescribed starting grid. Full Size MTB contestants will do one (1) round inside the Vermosa Bike Trails with a total distance of 2.3 kilometers. Release of riders will be at the same time (XCC Style) in the prescribed starting grid. Tabulation and awarding of winners shall be done one (1) hour after the last race
**Kiddie Relay format will be Bike-Run-Bike inside a specified segment inside the Vermosa Bike Trails. Two (2) contestants are required for this category (perferably the Child with the Parent/Guardian) . We will provide more details for reference regarding this race format.

General Inclussions for the Entry Fee:
Each Entry comes with a race kit containing the following: Finisher Medal, Race Bib, Helmet Sticker, Bike Sticker, Raffle Stub, Meal
*Stub Time Chip System (for the standard time trial contestants) *
Special Awards for Winners:
Standard Time Trials: A Trophy shall be awarded to the total overall winner (fastest time) per bike category for Male and Female riders. Medals shall be awarded to the 2nd and 3rd fastest per bike category. All contestants shall get a finisher medal upon completion of each race segment
Kiddie Race: A trophy shall be awarded to the overall winner (first to finish) per bike category. Medals shall be awarded to the 2nd and 3rd place winners per bike category. All contestants shall receive a finisher medal for completing the race segment.

After registration, your CDS Offroad: Time Trialista 2 registration status can be seen in your profile. Log-in at raceyaya.fit/login.
If you tested positive to Covid 19, you have to inform your LGU for proper management of your situation. Your registration fee is non-refundable as such, we remind everyone to practice individual responsibility.
Each participant shall need a RaceYaya account to gain access to the registration. This will be your perpetual account which will give you access to other features in the platform. If you already have an account, please log-in at raceyaya.fit/login. Please ensure that you have read the terms and conditions before submitting your registration.
SUBMITTED NOT PAID: After submission of registration and before payment, your registration is set to
PENDING PAYMENT. This will change after you have paid via GCash or Paypal or have uploaded your bank deposit proof of payment. An email is auto sent with payment instruction for bank deposit. PAID: Your status is set to PAID after successfully paying via Paupal, your payment is paid via Dragonpay-Gcash or proof of payment is uploaded to your account if bank deposit.
REGISTERED Your status is set to Registered when registration is confirmed. You will also receive an email confirmation. You may start logging on to time.raceyaya.com to start your race.
If you are joining as a team of 10 or more athletes, you may make consolidated payments. Registration should still be done individually as each participant is required to have an account so they can review all registration terms and conditions. Please email your request at [email protected].
Yes, you can. However, we encourage everyone to be inoculated before the race as additional protection for you and the people involved in the race.
